Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services of Quitno Immigration Services Corp ("Quitno", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our website, client portal, and immigration consulting services.

Quitno Immigration Services Corp provides immigration consulting services including, but not limited to:

• Eligibility assessments and program recommendations

• Application preparation and filing assistance

• Document review and guidance

• Consultation services with certified immigration consultants

• Case management and tracking

• Immigration news and educational resources

Important Disclaimer: Quitno provides immigration consulting services, not legal services. Our consultants are Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) or equivalent regulated professionals. While we provide expert guidance, immigration decisions are made solely by government authorities. We cannot guarantee visa approvals or specific immigration outcomes.

As a client of Quitno, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information

• Disclose all relevant immigration history, including any visa refusals, deportations, or criminal history

• Submit all required documents in a timely manner

• Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal circumstances

• Maintain the confidentiality of your client portal credentials

• Pay agreed fees according to the payment schedule in your service agreement

• Not misrepresent yourself or your circumstances to immigration authorities

Failure to provide accurate information may result in application refusal, and Quitno bears no liability for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients.

Fees for our services are outlined in your service agreement. By retaining our services, you agree to:

• Pay the agreed fees according to the schedule in your service agreement

• Government filing fees are separate from our professional fees and must be paid directly to the relevant authority

• Refund policy: Consultation fees are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Professional service fees are governed by the specific terms in your service agreement

• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified

• All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified

Quitno provides professional immigration consulting services based on our expertise and knowledge of immigration laws. However:

• We do not guarantee the approval of any visa, permit, or immigration application

• Immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant government immigration authorities

• Changes in immigration laws, policies, or government processing can affect application outcomes

• Our high success rate reflects our commitment to quality, but does not guarantee individual outcomes

• We will make all reasonable efforts on your behalf and keep you informed of any developments affecting your case

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal or case information to third parties except:

• As required to file your immigration applications with government authorities

• As required by law or court order

• With your explicit written consent

• To service providers bound by confidentiality agreements

You consent to our filing of applications and related documents with immigration authorities on your behalf.

All content on our website and client portal, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Quitno Immigration Services Corp and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission

• Use our name, logo, or branding without authorization

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform

You retain ownership of all documents and information you upload to our portal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quitno Immigration Services Corp shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of immigration opportunities due to government decisions

• Delays caused by government processing times

• Damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by clients

• Third-party service failures outside our control

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

• Clients may terminate by providing written notice and paying all outstanding fees

• Quitno may terminate if a client provides false information, fails to pay fees, or engages in conduct that is unethical or harmful

• Upon termination, we will provide you with copies of your file and documents

• Government fees already paid are non-refundable unless refunded by the government authority

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

For clients located in other jurisdictions, additional or alternative consumer protection laws may apply.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify existing clients of material changes via email.
